The Medium frame 3PL is strong, adaptable and reliable.
Featuring a narrow profile tubular / RHS frame designed to keep the weight of the sprayer as close to the rear of the tractor as possible. The unit also incorporates many popular options and allows for larger boom configurations of up to 18 metres. The frame encompasses a strong platform to mount larger hydraulic folding booms in either side or crossover fold with angular legs for greater sprayer stability when unhooked from the tractor.
Ideally suited to either pasture, rowcrop or broadacre spraying the Medium frame 3PL can be optioned with a 1000 or 1200L tank. Quality componentry is used across the range. A suction filter plumbed with a 3 way tap is fitted which allows suction from a 45L rinse water tank to flush the entire pump and system. A 140 l/min large capacity Udor diaphragm pump is used, which provides consistent volume and pressure and feature the most chemical resistant components such as desmopan for the pump diaphragms and stainless steel internal components ensuring great pump life and excellent pump performance.
Sprayer control is done either electrically or with an automatic rate control to further enhance your spraying job. Goldacres booms have forged a reputation for strength and durability, and come in an array of different sizes. 3PL with Crossover boom
Available with either 1000 or 1200L tank & fitted with the 10 or 12m twin link manual folding boom. An economical unit with a self-leveling boom for rugged undulating pasture spraying.
3PL with Krono boom
Available with either 1000 or 1200L tank & fitted with the hydraulic vertical folding Krono boom is either 12 or 15m widths. Suited to rowcrop spraying with a self-leveling boom & a multitude of spraying configurations.
3PL with Delta boom
Available with either 1000 or 1200L tank & fitted with the fully hydraulic lift & fold Delta boom in 12, 15 or 18 meters. A tough unit with a fully suspended contour following boom.
3PL Medium Frame – chassis

Goldacres paint is an epoxy modified, acrylic melamine based topcoat containing pigments of high opacity and colour retention.
It features excellent gloss, excellent mar resistance (the resistance of material to abrasive action), tough and flexible, and excellent resistance to chemicals.
Drop down legs
Angular legs for greater sprayer stability when disconnected from the tractor.
A frame pins
Cat 2 linkage pins with adjustable top plate provides a strong mount point.
Step platform
Integrated step and platform to help gain access to the top of the tank.
3PL Medium Frame – tanks
1000L
1200L
The linkage unit uses a rotationally moulded UV resistant polyethylene tank with smooth internal walls for easy decontamination. Available in either 1000 or 1200L both tanks feature sight tubes & a large sump for complete tank draining.
Handwash tank
A 23 litre handwash tank is conveniently incorporated into the tank design. (1000L unit)
Tank lid
A hinged main tank lid ensures the lid will stay on the machine at all times. (1000L unit)
Top mount bottom fill
The top mount bottom fill enables the sprayer to be filled from a safe working height. Located at the side of the unit, the top mount bottom fill eliminates the need to fill the sprayer through the lid, greatly improving safety and ease of filling. A drop hose is fitted inside the sprayer tank to reduce foaming while filling.
Flush tank
Plumbed through a 3 way ball valve to allow flushing of the system.
3PL Medium Frame – standard features
Control station
Simple pressure manifold station directs pump flow to venturi’s and other ancillaries.
Electric controller
Enables electric control of your boom sections and pressure adjustment from the tractor cab.
Filtration
A high flow suction filter with 50 mesh screen is plumbed with a 3 way ball valve to allow suction from fresh water tank. Two inline self cleaning pressure filters are also fitted with 80 & 400 mesh stainless screens.
Pump
Udor Zeta 85 pump features chemical resistant components such as desmopan for the pump diaphragms and stainless internal components ensuring great pump life and is standard with a 540 rpm pto drive.

Foam marker
Double sided 22L foam marker efficiently tracks where you have sprayed.
Induction hopper
40L capacity induction hopper uses the chemical pump to operate a bottom mounted venturi. Quickly inducts dry or liquid chemical & is fitted with drum rinse & tank rinse nozzles.
Tank rinse
Plumbed from the fill inlet, quickly decontaminate the sprayer tank with the rotary tank rinse nozzle.
Hydraulic lift
A 900mm tower lift provides smooth lifting operation. Ideally suited to 10 or 12m manual folding booms.
Raven SCS450 controller
Automatic rate controller with up to 5 sections. Maintains a constant flow rate irrespective of speed changes.
Fenceline jets
Choose either manual or electric fenceline nozzles that cover up to 3m. (Coverage maybe affected by conditions)
Hydraulic drive
Neatly bolts to the sprayer pump to provide a no fuss hydraulic drive system. When used with SCS450 controller allows rpm display via controller.
Hose reel & guns
Water / chemical, steel housing, 30m hose length, 3/8” hose diameter, 300 psi / 20 bar, max pressure, fitted with pistol grip gunjet.
